Works like a charm. Purchased in April 2025, making 2-3 cups daily, with no issues noted so far. We use reuseable k-cups filters exclusively. Warning - not all reuseable pods will fit this machine: We use the 'Pefect Pod cafe filters cup' that is sold at Walmart and other online suppliers - its bottom design is different from the normal reuseable cup.
This is my second one in the same colour.... I love this pot.... I live alone and can just make one cup for me... and it matches the colours in my kitchen
I loved the Keurig until last week when it's flashing to fill water reservoir; which was full. It hasn't worked since. I usually keep the owners manual in case there's a guarantee. I moved June 20 so I do t have it. I'm hoping Walmart can let me know. I expected to have it for a couple of years not just 8 months. The descale light came on about 2 months ago and since I didn't have the use guide I googled it and it worked fine after descaling. Is there a warranty on this Keurig?
I found my first cup of coffee to be on the cool side, so I did some checking. I read some information that states that this Keurig machine is designed to produce coffee at a temperature of 170F, so I got a thermometer out and checked. Coming into my cup, the fluid varied between 172F and 168F. Sixty seconds after it was finished, the temperature was 161F, and that I considered warm, not hot. I do not add milk or cream, but for those that do so - it's going to be significantly cooler. I then measured the temperature produced by my older Keurig machine. It came into the cup between 182F and 178F. Sixty seconds later, the temperature registered 173F. It's not hot, but much nicer that what the new machine produces. I am going to see what's involved with returning the new one. I don't like it.
It's ok. I must've gotten a dud because it occasionally quits part way through a brew. My last one did the same thing but not this quickly in time. It doesn't take up a lot of space and chose it because of its reservoir. I chose tropical blue, but it's quite vibrant.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Didnt even last me 7 months!!! not even going to bother with a free replacement, not worth it in my opinion, same problem, same product and I've had 4 of these from this company! only one lasted for 7 years plus It was my 1st one and wasn't this model and I cant buy it no longer because its discontinued.
I did a descaling and ran a few water cycles through afterwards and it just stopped working. I unplugged for a while and tried again and it will not turn back on. Really disappointed. I won't be buying any Keurig appliances if I have to buy one every year!
I've had great experiences with Keurig, but for some reason this Keurig won't do its complete cycle when I hit the 10 button, it runs for a few seconds and does not even fill a quarter of my coffee cup.. then I have to wait 30 seconds to open the Keurig and press the 8 button which works perfectly fine?
Very disappointed! Cannot get a hot cup of coffee out of no matter jod hard I try. I have to heat up my cup in the microwave to near boiling first to try to make a difference but still not a good cup of coffee as you need hot water to bring out the flavor of the coffee. This is like Luke warm dish water😢
DO NOT BUY THIS. I bought this from Walmart about 2 months ago and it has begun to make my coffee extremely watery. I tried using different pods with the same result. Now the machine has started to blink and shut off after making maybe an ounce or two at most, even with a full water basin. I have to run the machine 3-4 times just to get the amount of coffee it was making for me when I first got it and it messes with the flavour. Awful taste.
