Keurig K-Mini K15 Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, True Blue

My machine broke a few weeks ago and honestly I didn't realize how much I loved it. Your company was amazing with returning my broken one and shipping me a new one. Thank you so much for such excellent customer service and making my life a whole lot easier.

Having problems with my current Keurig K15 coffee maker, I contacted the Keurig customer service department. The service representative offered a number of recommended solutions and we were in contact for over 25 minutes, working through these options. The service rep was well informed and very patient in trying to help me with the problem. When all my friends were buying their Keurig coffee makers, I had the opinion that it was not a necessary appliance in my kitchen. When I finally bought one - with coupons and cash back offers - I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. So I can say, thank you, Keurig company, for your help and for replacing my coffee maker.

I CALLED KEURIG AND WE TRIED TO TROUBLESHOOT..WE HAVE BEFORE SUCCESFULLY (MINOR ISSUE) THIS TIME WE COULD NOT..KEURIG REPLACED IT WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL AND E MAILED ME A SHIPPING LABEL SO I COULD RETURN THE OLD ONE AT NO COST TO ME. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT MY KEURIG MACHINE OR MY GREEN MOUNTAIN BREAKFAST BLEND COFFEE..

Really like this Keurig for use by one person. With no water reservoir to fill, you only put in the amount of water for the drink you are brewing. There is less maintenance to constantly clean the water areas. Bought one for the office and one for home.

I purchased my Keurig and had to call your help-who did a wonderful job in helping me. Unfortunately, within one month it went belly-up again. I had tried the first person's suggestions, to no avail. The second helper, just sent me a new one and I am beginning my days happily with a good cup of coffee.

I have had a Keurig for over eight years and use it every morning and night. The directions say that there is a water level guide, but unlike my old unit this unit did not have the tabs in the reservoir. Keurig should update the Tips and Maintenance section of the Use and Care Guide.

The K15 single serve works great for me and my husband because we don't have the same taste in flavors. We get to make our own favorite coffee. It also makes aromatic coffee, and we love the fact that it didn't take long to dispense a cup!

I had one that I purchased years ago and it started to clog up a lot. I purchased this one and the color is awesome and having a new coffee maker is a huge difference in the flavor of the coffee. Much better! Very happy with my purchase.

This is a very stylish coffee maker and it works well with k-cup pods. I love mine in the chili red. It operates a little differently than the larger Keurig models. Instead of filling a reservoir and then pushing a button to determine the size of drink you want, on this model you pour in the amount of water you want and the same amount of water comes out. So, instead of pushing a button to get a 6 ounce drink, you have to put 6 ounces of water in the machine to get a 6 ounce beverage. Or, 10 ounces for a 10 ounce drink, etc. The K-15 Mini Keurig is perfect for our little downstairs snack area where it is only used every once in a while. It would be nice for any small space such as an RV or a guest room.

The keurig mini is a great little machine. It's perfect for what I use it for-weekend coffee! I do wish I could fit a larger or taller mug between the drip tray and k cup holder. Other than that, it's perfect.
