Keurig K-Supreme SMART Coffee Maker with WiFi and MultiStream Technology (6-12oz Cup Sizes, Black)

Very pleased with my new Keurig, having multiple streams (jets) makes a huge difference compared to my old single stream one. The Brew ID thing is interesting, although I don't know if it makes a big difference. Heats up very fast. I wished it had a 16 oz. option.

Upgraded to K-supreme smart after using another version at a relative's house. Been using an older still functioning K-cup coffee maker for years. I was first impressed by the more slim and modern look as it holds a visual presence on my coffee bar. I am impressed by the brewing options for coffee strength and temperature. Most importantly I enjoy the speed of the brew. Smart options and app add to my enjoyment. I used to only use my brewer in the morning but with the Supreme Smart have added afternoon cold brews.

This coffee maker is awesome for a single serve coffee maker. We like the K-cupsand all the accessories. Completely adjustable and works from your smart phone. Already earned a box of coffee from the rewards program. The coffee tastes great every time. Cheers

I haven't had the unit very long. I was tempted to send it back, having to program the settings for that "just right" cup of coffee is tricky. The unit is already telling me to clean the needles. I make 2 cups of coffee a day, I'm not really using it a lot. With the price of coffee I hate to brew a pot and end up throwing half the pot out. I also have the refillable filter cups, so I can use the canned ground type as I feel the K Cups can be pretty costly as well.So for the convenience of making 1 cup at a time, I feel I'm saving a little money using the Keurig. Still working on the settings, with the coffee I've purchased, to achieve that perfect cup of coffee.

Still like it, but the brewing is slower than our last Keurig K Supreme. About 1 in 4 times it won't recognize the pod and thinks it is used. If hot is selected, it is hot!

Constantly getting error code 2, even after resetting the maker and cleaning out the jets, and removing air bubbles in the reservoir. I have read all the blogs and reviews and will not be buying this machine or another Keurig again.I have wasted so much coffee over the last couple years, I guess I should have returned it a long time ago.

Error code after Error code. About 3 out of 4 tries to use it, it comes up with an error message. Will definitely be returning it and buying one that is NOT a "smart" Keurig. Insert pod and wait about 30 seconds before you can start the brew as it tries to read the brand and type of pod. Then 3/4 of time get an error message.

I got this since there was a nice deal. However, now I see why this was on sale, because this is the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. This one will brew for about 2 seconds and then fails. I'm not sure what the issue is but I will be returning this. Also, the water reservoir does not mount to the coffee maker, so it is not secure so it is very flimsy.

I purchased this in white thinking, how fabulous, a white coffee maker with my white cabinets. Sadly, the cord IS BLACK.. THIS DOES NOT MAKE GOOD DESIGN SENSE!!!. The plastic used is not the same quality as any of my other, previously purchased kuerigs. It is loud and often leaves coffee grounds in my coffee.

Worse Keurig I have ever owned! Nothing Smart about this brewer. No user manual and the download manual very poor. If you puncture the K-Cup before you brew it the machine considers it a used K-Cup! Constantly disconnects from your WiFi network. Brewes dish water! Still waiting for my refund! BTW I have owned 6 Keurig brewers, what were they thinking?
