Keurig Rivo 500 Cappuccino & Latte System

This is the second such machine I bought, the first one lasted 6 years, it stopped working so in true x-gen fashion I opened to see what's wrong so I ended up throwing it away. I ordered this new one on Monday and arrived Wed. I like this machine, I find cheap Rivo pods online ($0.35/pod) and you can't compare the taste of the coffee made with this to the K-cup or the regular coffee maker. Yes, I know there are machines from $50 to thousand of dollars out there and I'm sure some would make a better coffee but for the $227 I spent there is no match in my opinion. Some cheaper expresso machines may be alright but they are, and look cheap, the first Keurig Rivo I had lasted 6 years and if I would've cleaned it regularly maybe would have lasted more. It is easy to operate, sturdy and I like the looks. When looking to replace my broken Rivo machine I spent almost a week checking out other options $100 - $400 and I ended up buying the same machine I replaced so to me this works great

Worked great when it worked. 4th keurig I have bought 3 keurig coffee makers, 1 rivo cappuccino latte ....true to form as soon as warranty is out it quits working. Way to expensive to keep replacing products. Called keurig and was told no repair place nor replacement parts. Way to go keurig..I don't know any of my friends nor family I had recommended keurig to, whom purchased and had the same issues, that repurchased another keurig appliance. And definitely did not recommend. Very unreliable customer service as well as poor products service..
