this is the perfect brewer for something that wasn't supported. this is my 2nd one and the 1st lasted almost 10 years. they should have kept this one.

I drink a lot of coffee and love the different sizes for the cups. It is very easy to use. A little noisy during brewing cycle but its okay....you know when it is done.

My husband and I have a coffee maker, we have it set to make our coffee every morning at the same time. In the winter it gets really cold and my husband is a contractor working outside and it get very cold here sometimes.He need more coffee in the winter months.My Keurig Vue 600 is so wonderful .I can have my cup of coffee as soon as I get up. It is wonderful to just push a button and have my coffee with in minutes. Thank you

The coffee maker is great, no complaints. I've just been unable to find more coffee when I run out that fit this machine - Giant, Safeway, Walmart, Target, no luck. I've only been able to find once in store at Walmart and usually purchase them online through Amazon. I wouldn't recommend because of this inconvenience. Since it was a gift and I've used it, I'm stuck with it and purchased the Vue to K-cup conversion thing.

Let me preface by saying that I thought customer service was as dead as chivalry (jk), and I never write reviews, but... I use my VUE every day and recently my Vue began shutting off unexpectedly; this was after almost a year of use. I am very pleased to say that Keurig customer service fixed my problem immediately. They sent me a brand new machine. As a side note, I often order my Vue cups from Keurig. Had a problem with an order once and again customer service was very helpful. I am highly satisfied with Keurig products and customer service.

I reviewed this product a year ago on this site, and the "cons" for this maker are still the same. I use the eraser of a pencil to change options and set the clock on the menu, and after owning this for over a year, I thought the choices in coffee items would have improved. I even visit a local Keurig dealer who has even less to offer in varieties than those available online. I now see a "new" Keurig will be introduced. I wonder where anyone will purchase those coffee pods! On a more positive note, I have not experienced major issues with the Keurig machine itself.

We find this is a great product to make a quick cup of delicious coffee. However, the VUE cups are not yet readily available in stores. It seems that the VUE cups should have been made readily available when the coffee maker was released. Keurig seems to have a monopoly on the cups for the VUE model.

I wish I had a machine that used K cups. This was a gift and being very excited to get a Keurig We opened it and used it right away. I know wish I would have exchanged it as the Vue cups aren't as easy to find as K cups, and the selection of Vue cups is limited. We have the Vue reusable pod that is supposed to be able to use K cups and that does not work either. The K cups are too large for the pod compartment.

Go with a standard K-Cup machine. Trust me. I originally purchased this machine when it first came out, thinking that the Vue machine would get all of the K-Cups flavors available. Wrong. I waited and waited. I e-mailed Keurig and they told me new beverage selections would become available by Spring 2013. I waited. Nothing. Nothing at all. I am still waiting. I say go with a standard K-Cup machine if you like to try new varieties of beverages, because if you get the Vue, you are stuck with the same old kind since there isn't much to choose from. Also, these Vue packs are SO hard to find in stores.

It could be a great coffee maker if the Vue packs were easy to get. Customers are trapped into buying online because stores can't get the product. I have gone to where customer service has sent me, and the stores tell me they can't get the product in.Elderly especially, who don't use a computer are stuck and can't order. Have complained many times but still no change. Not happy...
