The flavor is really unique. The honey is not liquid however, it is more solid and I have to scrape inside with spoon to get it out. I am not sure if it is always like this. It does taste good though and happy it is raw so I will use it up as health supplement in 1 tsp doses at a time.

I was looking for buckwheat Honey but it wasn't available and iherb suggested I try this one instead. I have not heard of it before but I thought I would like to try it since I'm a Honey fan. It has that strong slightly bitter taste which is what I liked about the buckwheat Honey. so it did the job! it's not the same but I like it still and will probably order again. I use it on toasted breads alone or with almond or peanut butter.

It's very good but also a stronger flavored honey. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it limits some uses because of flavor change. That is only my own personal opinion. On buttered rolls or things like that it's very much a win.

I really like the floral note to this honey, which I also feel is more beneficial than regular honey due to the flower source. Only thing is it's very watery. But that can be helpful too when mixing into pastes or sauces that might otherwise get too thick.

Great quality, of unfilitered honey. This honey tastes nice, it has a very sweet flavour so if you like to ad a spoon of it with your tea you'll be fine with a small spoon!The honey is unheated, no other ingredients added, and unfiltered, the way it should be. Great quality, and a decent price. Recommended!

I didn't really like the taste. It's not very sweet but it does have a slightly bitter aftertaste. It's definitely unique and not your typical honey. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just not my favorite. Really Raw Honey brand is much better in my opinion.
