This works and is easy to use. I did need to contact seller because I wanted to know how to remove the shackle because it is to be used on a door knob and not screwed into a wall. It comes with a long screw if you want it attached to a wall. The shackle for attaching to a door knob is not attached but I attached it before pulling it on the door knob and could not figure out how to remove it without instructions. So you set it to the code and open then press inside spring to the right and pull up right side of shackle and then left to remove it.

I needed an inexpensive combination lockbox. I've used many over the years, all more expensive than this one. Very satisfied. It appears to be well built and assembled, is easy to change the combination, and works with minimal effort. I'd buy it again and again if I'm this happy a year from now, and there is no reason to expect not to be.

This is the best purchase ever I broke my leg so getting to the door makes it hard now my my family and friends can get in especially the nurse great purchase desperately need it would definitely but it again and I would recommend it to friends!

This key lock box is affordable and very practical. I simply had to attach the detachable U-shaped shackle, and it was ready to use immediately—and of course, the installation process was extremely simple. Resetting the passcode is also quite easy, essentially just like setting up a standard combination lock.

Excellent price and works just as well as other name brands. The housing is plastic, but it works perfectly for things like a residential real estate lock box. Shipped and arrived quickly too.

Good product. Just know that's it feels very light and flimsy. It can easily be broken. At least that's how it feels. It's fine for most purposes. Also no directions. It's not hard to figure out but know one thing, once you put the u shaped top in place I don't know how or if you can get it off. So you should pick where you want to keep it

This is made of very thin plastic- if there is any level of security needed I would invest in something better. This could be broken open with very little force. I only need it for short amounts of time so it will be ok for my need.

Had to return the lock boxes as they were constructed of plastic so not appropriate from a security point of view. The description indicated they were made of metal.
