Helps with my dehydration. Does not have a sweet after taste like some other mixes. I mix with 16 oz bottled water. Package or box does not say.

This is a good value and great formulation. I did some research of on other products and settled on this brand. I myself add a touch more of pink salt to each glass by a Dr regarding a keto diet. Enjoy!

This is a great supplement, if you like the ingredient deck you will not be disappointed with the taste. I use it during all my weekly workouts. I swim around 12, run 17, and bike 75 miles a week, with an additional 3hrs of lifting on average.

This is the best electrolyte brand I've found. Checks all the boxes, but my tub of lemonade arrived today with a broken lid and seal with powder going everywhere. I usually order the stick packets, so I hope this was just a fluke on my first tub order.

Got these for my kids for hydration playing soccer. One kid likes them the other does not. Personally I do not like the taste of stevia. If you like stevia you will like these.
