Works for temporary measures on a Apple IPad 9th generation. I've had this case only for about 2 months, here is what I have discovered working with it nearly everyday for college. Case is really nice with a magnetic field to hold the keyboard. No complaints about the case. Keyboard isn't always accurate and has a hard time keeping up with average or fast typers. Awesome for grandma or grandpa lol. You will be making a lot of typing mistakes, believe it's just you, and then go on another device and realize your typing is just fine. It's this keyboard… Mouse is fine. Just know that scrolling is backwards if you are used to a gaming mouse and not a work mouse. You can't change it. Sensitivity is quite slow, I recommend turning it up in your device settings. Mouse turns off after inactivity, just click once and it'll turn back on. I believe it's an apple feature that's really annoying, but the mouse will slow down when you pass clickables. Mouse takes 2 AAA batteries and keyboard is charged by a type C charger. You'll be given a type C charger upon arrival.

I didn't get my stylus pen that was advertised with the set! That is one of the reason I order this one specifically.

It is not the color I ordered. It was supposed to be purple not blue
