PERFECT REPLACEMENT
This lock is a replacement and exact match to our original lock which lasted over 20 years, for half the price of the original. Yes, we are HAPPY! Fantastic lock! Sorry, due to security reasons we are not going to show pics of the installed lock.

I wish we would have spent the money and gotten a different lock. this one takes several attempts to activate. sometime the lock gets hung up and you have to manually lock and then use the keypad to reacivate the lock. Totally not worth it. Very disappointing

The batteries die after a few days. I hardly ever use it. And the batteries are always dead. Or it doesn't work.

garbage with seller who could care less
this is a piece of junk. replaced batteries 3 times it has dead keys now. contacted the seller and they didnt evan care to respond. BWARE!

Returned/Used item maybe?
Did I get a returned, used one? It came scattered in a half taped box and the pad is all scratched up like it has been on a door for years. Where the key inserts, the cover just spins around and around. You can't tighten it. Horrible packaging and item sent.
