horrible. doesnt work most of the time and we got locked out of our house while taking trash out and it wouldnt open. we didnt bring the key with us because its a code lock and we didnt think it we would need it. we literally had to break into our own house from the back door through the dog door and unlock the back door. ridiculous. never buy this. save your money

I would like to return the lock it is defective. a screw is stuck and I can't get the mounting plate out. I would like a replacement.
