when i first got it and open i was like wow. this my first E-lock.. i been doin doordash on the E-bike and when i have to run home during a delivery to swap battery and put 1 on charge i got a crap load of keys to find the right 1 it takes a few mins to find but now this is fabulous 👌.. its install is easy just like a regular door handle but with 2 or 3 extra steps and with the wire connection part for the ppower supply is a pain in the butt your want sum1 to help u to hold so u have free hands but me i just used dark tape to keep it from falling off the door. when you get it all put together its strong,feels nice and comfortable. do not close the door untill setup unless u put the main traditional keys which u key 2 in your pocket because this is a self locking meaning if u close the door its set to lock and dont wanna lock yaself out. i installed app used the Bluetooth option, you can go wireless but extra equipment u gotta buy.. the E-card tap u get 2 easy and quick and can name each so 1 for u and 1 for whoever and name them so u know which 1 to deactivate if you ever loose it. fingerprint have a clean finger first doin i notice i had dirty hands and it was being a problem but the unlocking part no issues ones its registered and the pin you gotta %23 after your pin took me awhile to figure that out when my pin wasn't working and then i did * nothing and then did %23 worked so even if sum1 knows ya pin they wont know the %23 after which is great and after or 3 attempts it locks out and you need the app to restore. feels great looks great. i think my worrys was wrong bu t since i been using it for 48hours its so much better with the fingerprint

I liked the silver finish, it was easy to install. After dowloading the app it was easy to pair it and add finger print unlock and codes. It was a good buy not too expensive for all the features it comes with. Very high tech door lock even has a card unlock to carry in purse or key chain, qualifies as smart home item I will be ordering a second one soon.

Item looks just like the online pictures. It has a simple clean design. Installation was relatively quick and easy (teenage nephew installed). Really appreciate the many ways to manage the lock: temp and perm codes, remote, phone/app, Alexa, fingerprint, numbered PIN, key fob. One of the primary reasons I grabbed this one is because it specifically stated it would work in the regular door handle or deadbolt locations (I don't have a separate deadbolt lock). The price was also very reasonable. The only thing that I wish could be better is that the outward facing/keypad portion doesn't fasten to the door, which allows some slight movement. Obviously, there are other points to connect and fasten the lock to the door and it's possible that the other connection points could be made tighter (Or maybe this is typical for an electronic keypad type lock? ) Anyway, to be clear, it doesn't move with normal in/out use but if someone was playing around or trying to get in (like a kid, frustrated adult, or person of mal intent) it shifts easily enough. That side, if someone wants to get into your house bad enough, most door locks probably aren't going to keep them out. ;-) Overall I am very pleased with this product.

I did not receive any fob or key card with my set. I was not able to set it up like I thought I could have. The product works well for what I was able to set up. I may never know the true potential since my set was missing some key elements I'm disappointed but life goes on.

I love this keyless entry lock! Affordable, easy to install, easy to download the TT lock app, easy to set up and manage the lock. I want one on all my doors honestly. Never need a key but can use a key if you want to use a key. The keyhole is hidden behind a secret magnet cover on the knob. It uses code entry, fingerprint entry, and a key fob entry. Every programmed entry option is named separately such as John's fingerprint or keyfob%231 or Drew's code. Whenever that way enters the door, it's recorded. I can see that someone's fingerprint entered at so-so time and then a key fob %232 entered at this time. Love this. However I don't recommend paying the $88 installation fee for a pro to install. The Angi app they use didn't find a pro by time of the appt they scheduled and then they rescheduled. Waste of time and money.

I like the bronze finish look of this door handle but I wish it had an option to open from the inside using my finger print and not just the phone app!

They delivered it to the wrong house and now it's going to take 10 working days to refund my money. It only took seconds for them to take my money, but to give it back due to your mess up, it'll take 10 working days to give it back. Terrible customer service

there is no locking without using keypad. to use a key, you need to remove tab. had I installed this prior to the refund window, I would have returned this.

After just the first 3 months, the electronic lock intermittently will reject (three different people) thumbprint identification and now it has started to state the numerical keypad entry is incorrect. About half the time I have to revert to the use of the key to open the door.. Thus, a $70 keyed entry is not a good value The predicent may be a fluke and others are ok. If the seller reads this I do have the order number date and zip for your review I am open to trying another unit. Thanx in advance Buddy
