AC works great It cools my 1152 square feet home completely if doors are all open.It is a bit noisy, but most window ACs are. I have not tried to use the smart Wi-Fi remote as someone is home most of the time.

We have an open concept home and the downstairs and after letting it run for only 20ish minutes the entire downstairs room it was installed in was significantly cooler. With the warmer weather starting up, we knew we couldn't face another summer like that. Enter this Keystone unit! First off, the cooling capacity is fantastic. Our living room is right around the 350 sq ft mark this unit is rated for, and the difference is night and day compared to the old one. This Keystone cools the room down quickly and keeps it consistently comfortable, even when it starts to get warmer outside. No more sweating indoors! Sleep mode for quieter nighttime operation, and a 24-hour timer to schedule cooling. Another plus point is the washable filter which is easy to maintain, and the alert reminds you when it's time for a clean. Super useful window AC for instant cooling air.

they sent the wrong one..it was also damaged and i returned it the same day as i receive it and still waiting on refund..from wal mart ..it also took over a week from due date ..they sent 14000 btu i ordered 24000btu in side and outside of box was trashed ...how much longer do i have to wait for my refund ...very unhappy
