AC works great It cools my 1152 square feet home completely if doors are all open.It is a bit noisy, but most window ACs are. I have not tried to use the smart Wi-Fi remote as someone is home most of the time.

We have an open concept home and the downstairs and after letting it run for only 20ish minutes the entire downstairs room it was installed in was significantly cooler. It was so quiet and I cannot wait for summer now to really try this out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Keystone AC is a perfect fit for our outdoor storage/workshop building space. We do wood working projects in the building and it gets really hot in the summertime where we live. We experience high temps along with high levels of humidity, and this Keystone AC unit was especially needed to keep our outdoor building cool and comfy for us. The 8,000 BTU model from Keystone definitely cools a 350 sq ft space, it does a fantastic job of cooling our building which is around 350 sq ft or just a tad larger. It keeps our building truly comfortable for us. Love that it's controlled by remote too, thus giving us the ability to adjust the temperature at any time. It's a super convenient feature of this model. The "energy savings" factor is probably what we love best. The programmable timer allows us to simply set, and have our building "cooled off" before we plan to go inside to start our woodworking tasks. We just open up the door, and the building is automatically cooled down to a 'welcomed' comfort level, without us having to wait around for the building to get cool. We also feel that this Keystone AC unit does a great job of removing moisture from the air in our building as well, and that's a big plus for us to eliminate excess moisture. It's a quiet running unit, we don't even notice the sound--we just appreciate and enjoy the "cool comfort" it gives us. So it's definitely not a loud, noise-making model AC. We truly love it. The Keystone unit installation instructions were understandable, easy to follow, and very descriptive which made our overall experience of adding a new AC to our building a positive one. The Keystone brand also provides a 1 year warranty which is also a plus. Overall, we really like the Keystone brand and this model. The unit does a great job of cooling our outdoor building, & we're very pleased with this new addition which allows us to obtain the much-needed cool comfort we crave in the hot summertime.

they sent the wrong one..it was also damaged and i returned it the same day as i receive it and still waiting on refund..from wal mart ..it also took over a week from due date ..they sent 14000 btu i ordered 24000btu in side and outside of box was trashed ...how much longer do i have to wait for my refund ...very unhappy
