Keystone 25,000/24,700 BTU 230V Window/Wall Air Conditioner with Follow Me LCD Remote Control, KSTAW25C

This Air Conditioner does a good job cooling my home. I need something more powerful and this one is 25,000 btu's. I had to have an electrician come and swap out the outlet because this one required a 20 amp, 230/240 outlet. It was worth doing and not too expensive. This ac replaced a 2 year old Kenmore that was 15,000 btu's and it just could not keep up with the heat and humidity. I bought an additional 3 year warranty just to be safe. So far so good. This one was installed through my wall but you can also install it in a window. Everything was included in the box including the sleeve and manuals.

Was delivered early. Installation does require taking the unit out of the sleeve to remove packaging and attach 3 brackets, but this was relatively straight forward. The unit blows very cold and easily cools the whole main floor of my house (we use two tower fans as well to circulate the cold air).

After struggling to get it in it turned out to have a broken fan so we are waiting for somebody to pick it up and bring us a new one hope everybody else has better luck

Other shoppers may not have the same reaction I have when shopping at Walmart! I cant give a review. I received my 10,000 btu A/C, I bought from Walmart. I am 100% satisfied with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little window unit gets our back Arizona room surprisingly icy for its size. It's lightweight, so instillation is super easy. I will say it's a bit noisy, so I wouldn't put it anywhere you want to sleep; but that's to be expected with most ac units. The filter lets you know when it needs to be replaced, you just slide it out and clean it with water and pop it right back in. It has a remote control that makes it easy to use from anywhere in the room. Pretty handy for a 2 bedroom apt or a house that needs extra cooling!

Got my air conditioner this Friday, it was bent up like it dropped of o roof, so I am trying again. It was so much trouble because I had to get help to take it to my local store for my refund, and it a big air conditioner and very heavy 25000 btu

I would give this no stars! After using this air conditioner for exactly 2 weeks the compressor went and they are giving us the run around

DO NOT BUY!! I have had it about a month. thermostat not working to regulate temperature. also unit is losing cold
