This was very easy to install and did not require a lot of tools ,time or know how. The instructions super easy to follow. I had it up and running in no time. It came with a remote that has so many setting variations it was almost hard to choose, but easily changeable. I just love this my room stays cool all night long. You also do not need a water hook up which is a plus for me. Big enough to do the job but small enough to fit.

It has an energy saver option as well as many other valuable options. It keeps my room cool and offers a dehumidifier option. It's pretty quiet, but not completely silent.

works great, no problems. i don't particularly like the remote, because the off/on button is at the bottom, but you can't always get what you want !

The A C runs quietly, works so well, Very reliable, very happy with the unit the only reason I gave this a one star, its because of their customer service It's awful
