It was easy to install and is perfect for these cold spring mornings for heat then later when it’s hot just switch over to air conditioning. It wasn’t too heavy but did have to have a helper to lift it . It has a remote control which comes in handy. It has 4 way air direction a energy saver feature an auto timer start stop feature it has dry mode to help dehumidify it has fan only setting it is just loaded with options it keeps my house crisp and cool I absolutely love it!!!!

I didn't notice how hard it would be getting this window off to put it on and I need help and so I'm trying to get someone over to help but haven't been able to yet. I know these work well because I had one similar to this back years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keystone window air conditioner was a little difficult to install definitely a two man job to get installed and placed correctly. However the air it blows is definitely sufficient and cools down extremely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is pretty large and heavy and required a few people. We installed this in a rental unit so was unable to take a picture. It’s not too loud and keeps the place cool. The voltage does require additional breaker or else it’s too much of a load. Also like that it has the heat option for the winter months as well!

Hard to install due to the size and weight you need a few people to install.The power supply is a special 230 volt so you need a special plug abd breaker to use. Plug not compatible with average usa outlet. It comes with a remote for easy operation. It has 3 cooling speeds and 3 fan speeds, decent airflow, semi quiet. This is not a economic friendly air conditioner

The description is wrong on the one i bought. it said it was 115v. It is not it is 230v. i have no way to plug it in. i am have a horrible time getting it picked up. i have not opened the box. i need the carrier to pick it up. it has been 2 weeks, and it is still sitting in my yard. i can't buy another one until i get a refund. i am in Texas, and it is 105°. 73 yrs old, it weighs 236 lbs in the box. i weigh 135 lbs. i cannot load it in my car.

Air conditioner came in damaged. No way to contact customer service, no phone number, no email. Only option is return item. Be aware it is your responsibility to repackage a/c, no way. This would be like trying to put a goat back into a cracker jack box. Buyer beware.
