The Keystone portable air conditioner unit is excellent and works more than expected. The window panel kit was quite significant as it could not fit in our window, but It was manageable as I could get it to work by cutting the other side. What I like the most is that you have all the control of the air as desired, and it delivers the temperature we expected, and it produces was able to cool the entire living room. The air that blows from the unit is not that noisy, and it doesn't bother us while watching our favorite shows. The keystone portable air conditioner is excellent. My central air conditioner unit has been put to rest and will add one for our bedroom—a great product with great technology.

I can't even begin to say how much I love this A/C! Before this one I had another refrigerated air in my window but it took up so much space how I could move around my furniture because of it and with the long hose this has from my window I have more freedom to move it around. The set up was very easy and it cools faster than I thought it would. I live in a decent sized condo and it cools my living room perfectly! I recommend this product so much it's absolutely worth every penny.

Does the job, bought for daughters room when the AC unit went out these little portable units are a life saver.

This air conditioner can move a lot of air and can quickly cool down a hot room quickly. temperature sensing and room temperature display buttons ensure maximum comfort. This unit comes with everything you need to get it up and running. Simple instruction. This is a pretty nice portable and this thing would work for any room. I recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable air conditioner could not of came any sooner it's to be in the 90 this week so I have gotten it hooked up and all ready to use I have turned it on this morning to cool the house off and so far it's doing the job I would recommend this unit to anyone that can not afford central air or windows that units will not fit in this is on wheels and easy to operate a must have unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this air conditioner unit. It can honestly be moved from one room to another. I can open the window and take out the hose and window enclosure with ease and be cool in whatever room I'm in. We mostly use this for our bedroom because it's very quiet running. It's big enough to keep the room cool but not big enough to take away the portability. The wheels on it make it easy to push from one room to the other.

Great little A/C

Disappointed with FedEX delivery. FEDEX driver literally dropped the unit hard on my doorstep after waiting a week for delivery. i heard a loud boom and sure enough, fedex was in front of the apt and box at doorstep. Box had become detached from the bottom. After unboxing, noticable damage was a broken the caster wheel on the bottom of unit which caused the unit to be off kilter and there was loose screw floating inside packaging. Tried the unit out as I was concerned of internal damage from the unit being dropped and seemed to be in working. Still deciding whether to return or just replace caster. Purchased for sons bedroom. Unit cooling works good for the space. Unfortunate the shipping packaging wasnt more secure and the carrier delivery driver was kinda careless as this unit seems good.

It worked great at first but after 2 years of summer use as a back up it freezes up . Dont think its worth the money for such short usage .
