Better days and nights
It's been a very hot year. I've purchased 2 different portable air conditioners one with heat. They couldn't compare to this product. Live has been changed.say no more

U-shaped Window AC Unit
Loving this unit so far. Giving it four stars instead of five because when I scanned the QR code, it didn't work. The instructions for the most part of pretty straightforward though, so it was OK. It's working well.

Unhappy
Initially did what we needed it to do cooling the room. Now has message ‘f.l' and kicks off not running. We have had item right around 30 days
