I am so happy with this bread machine. It bakes beautiful traditional shape loaves. I use the 2 lb setting for perfect results. It is a great value for the money. The loaf pan is a little hard to place in the machine and take out. Once you get the hang of it it's not a problem. I have had many bread machines over the years and this one bakes just as well as the Z...... machine at a fraction of the price. I love that it has a ceramic pan. The machine beeps to let you know when you can remove the paddles. The paddles are traditional nonstick so I choose to remove them before baking. I have no regrets purchasing this wonderful machine!

I am extremely happy that I purchased this particular bread machine. One of the reasons is the shape of the loaf which is more like a regular loaf. There are two paddles in the pan for better mixing. I have had nothing but good luck with the bread I have made. The slices on the large loaf selection are very high and I cut them in half to make a sandwich. I highly recommend this machine.

I purchased this model to make sourdough sandwich loaf. I can mix the dough only and cold ferment in fridge then back in to bake. Nice !

This isn't my first machine; I've used three others before. I haven't bought bread from a store in about 15 years. I've made all kinds of bread, though in recent years, I've focused exclusively on gluten-free buckwheat bread. When I bought my first machine, I realized that store-bought bread isn't "real" bread. The photos show the buckwheat bread both baked and while baking. I recommend this to anyone looking for bread that suits their taste. The machine's program parameters are excellent, and the proofing times work perfectly. I baked the buckwheat bread using the "Gluten-free bread" setting. I also used the "dough" setting to knead buckwheat cookie dough. First-time buyers should definitely pay close attention to the recipe measurements. Don't get discouraged if the first few loaves don't turn out quite right; everything will fall into place soon enough.

works well but not perfect. i did a few different recipes and at least 2 of the times i had to put the bread on bake for an extra 10 to 15 mins.

It's an ok bread maker, it doe not really cook the bread all the way though on the first go around, I usually find myself having to add more time to it after the time round. it's good if you don't have time and just want to drop the ingredients in the pan and leave, otherwise it's 3 times faster just to put bread in the oven.
