I cooked a 16 lb. turkey in it. It came out perfect! It was tender and juicy. I put parchment paper on the bottom so clean up was so easy! I highly recommend it. It is very valuable for the price I paid.
used once and it worked as expected. Cooked a 23lb turkey in about 5 hours. the problem I have with it is the inner baking pan seems cheap and it does not clean up well at all. Instructions recommend hand washing so I scrubbed and scrubbed and it still looks discolored and stained.
