Love it, only had for a few days and already put it to good use. I slice up turkey and ham for lunch meat. It cooked the meats wonderfully. Made a roast- tender and delicious. Check your cooking times. It does cook fast, just like an oven. So adjust your temperature if you're going to leave during the day.
This was a great size , the most inexpensive one I found. Took a little bit longer for shipping than expected otherwise very happy with my purchases. I bought two.

It arrived late so I didn't get to use it for the wedding I was catering. So I can't really say how good or bad it works. Just from my experience in using these types of cookers, I am going to say it will meet my needs very nicely. I will update when I have a chance to use it.
Have not used it yet can't wait to use it on Thanksgiving. I have an 18 qt. but liked this one since it's 22 quarts.
