only problem I had was assembling the four small base parts as instructions said aide with H is up. However this model company says both sides compatible just go with side you get to snap and lock in place. Customer service was so easy on seconds representative answered my call and advised in maybe a minute or so. Great job they are doing with Cistomer Service staff
These pool stairs are very nice for the price. I have the taupe color and it looks pink to me but it's in the pool and so far it's holding up well. Very easy to put together. Would purchase again but I would like a different color.

These pool steps are safer and better for an above ground pool with a deck.
Can 2 of these ladders be used - one on inside of pool and one on outside? I may have ordered 2 of same kind. Haven't received the second ladder yet. Expected to arrive July 14th.
Super fast shipping. Arrived in about 4 days. Once we FINALLY got them together, well, installation was another story. Always an adventure...lol LOVE how tall they are. 2 things I cannot figure out ..yet. 1. How to get the bottom FEET onto those little buttons. I even tried a rubber mallet. nothing worked. 2nd. LOVE how tall they are. We have a 54" pool and they are PERFECT. LOVE how high the handles come up...no more fear! and I LOVE how wide they are..so when your hands are full, you have plenty of room...and the textured stairs made it non slip and I felt safe. Assembly was a chore!!! Directions are PICTURES ONLY and some are just, well, questionable. We put it together and took apart 3 times before we finally got it..and we STILL can't get the feet onto those little buttons!!!
the steps were not real hard to put together just a lot of interlocking pieces and very few screws out of the pool the handrails seem a little shaky but not put them in the pool yet I'll add another review at that time
These are very steep and flimsy steps! You also need to buy a separate item to weigh them down. Not stable at all and difficult for me to climb up. Assembly was reasonable.
