The safe was a very good size and I love the fact you have three ways to get in it. I just wish the instructions would have been a little easier. It took me a while to figure out how to do the thumbprint, but after I did, it was easy.

It's really nice and very heavy. It was a little bit complicated and set it up but I did it and I'm very happy that it's a big safe and it's just nice. Thank you.

Good size and quality for the price. The removeable shelf is a plus because you can keep it or lose it. Fits most anything.

The ease of setting up the finger print, the codes was great, didn't have an issue. The instructions could be written better. The keys are fine, seems somewhat standard keys for lockboxes like this. Plenty of room inside for many items. Bigger than I thought. The Bad: The keyhole location is covered by what seems to be extremely cheap plastic. When the door is closed and locked you can move it in and out slightly. On a lock box of this size I would of imagined that when the door is shut and locked it would of been a tight fit, not here, you can use one finger to push on the door and it will move in and out slightly and you can hear it hit something metal when you push it in. Doesn't feel total secure.

easy to use. multiple ways to access via fingerprint, keys, code. only draw back is the locking keypad is very cheap plasyic. the locking mechanism itself is very strong.

The shipping was amazing! Was told it'd be arriving within a week, but it showed up 4 days after submitting the order. I enjoy the fingerprint way to get into the safe. The number way seems to confuse the safe more than the key and fingerprint. I still will work with that part yet so my beneficiaries can add one or both methods if they're willing. It can store up to 30 different number sequences. It has a finger/thumb pad, a keypad, and a place for the key. Roomy inside to store multiple items big/small.

user manual is worthless. The safe will work with the keys, but hope you never have to change the batteries. They provide nothing to recharge. However the safe seems rather well built. I'd relay on the 2 provided keys rather than figure on quick access. The safe was well packaged. No complaints there.

I accidently locked the keys and paperwork in the safe. Not able to open it. You sent me the name of the seller to ask about a return. They wanted photos and sent me a link to send them to them. That link does not work. I tried it over 20 times. They would not send me their phone number so I could add them to my contacts and send photos that way. Can you assist me in asking them for a return and refund? THANKS!

Fingerprint does not work. Passcode needs to constantly get reset. Overall not a good purchase. Not as bad as the tv I bought but not good either. Thank god for Best Buy who got me a working tv.
