They are a great size and shape for what I needed. Excellent value. I would have liked them to be just a tad smaller in diameter. When doing certain excersizes that require two like rows or something, just have to get in a sumo stance. It is a minor adjustment. Great product.

I absolutely love this item. The ease of changing weight is worth the purchase alone. My wife and I are able to change weight back and forth as, well as between exercises in seconds. It's like having a whole rack of kettlebells in one. The weight range is excellent from beginners to more advanced. The product itself seems very sturdy and handles like using a regular kettlebell. I would definitely suggest this to anyone who wants to workout but does not have alot of space for weights.

Smooth transitions from one weight to another, the only drawback is getting used to the size. I would recommend it to anyone great value because of its range.
