The box was horribly damaged upon delivery and it was actuality missing two bolts we had to grab at Ace Hardware. After getting everything tight it works really well with the bag we have. Our bag is filled with cloth so it's not too heavy and the stand is stable and stays in place.
Stand seems decently sturdy, but weights can always be added for extra sturdiness. A little difficult to assemble with the tools provided, but if you have the correct tools, it's very simple and quick to put together.

The functionality of the stand is impeccable. Because of its angles, the weighted plates (purchased separately) aren't even necessary.
