This was just what we needed to clear up the clutter. It is a very nice looking piece of furniture for a childs bedroom/toy room. It went together very quickly and easily. The directions are mostly clear and easy to follow. The only thing was a couple of the lock nuts split the wood when we tightened them. A couple drops of wood glue and they were good. We also used wood glue on some of the wooden dowels as they were smaller that the holes they went in. It was also hard to find the clothe cubes to go in it. We wanted a couple more in place of the open cubbies. The clothe cubes keep the toys together so the kids can pull them out and take the toys out to play with them, then they just use the cubes to clean up and put the toys back. So much easier than carrying them a couple at a time back to the toy box. Less drama about clean up time also! I would say it was worth the money and I would purchase again.
The shelf compartments are tall enough to accommodate larger books, and they provide great storage space for children's belongings. My kids love sitting on the bench to read, and this product offers excellent value for the price.
