Great product and meets my expectations

When you compare the product in terms of the price with similar ones, I can tell that quality with that price is great.

Item was damaged in the box.

Even in today's world of lowered expectations of quality in exchange for lower prices, the quality of the product that arrived wasn't worth the box it was shipped in. Removing the “protective” plastic bag resulted in loose screws and bits of broken plastic collecting on the floor. And it only got worse from there. From laughable misspellings in the insurrection pamphlet to creeks and squeaks that drew attention from people in the other room on my first attempt at using it, it became funny at a point of how poorly this product was assembled. Someone on the factory assembly line must've been having a mighty bad day.

This would not charge . It may have been just n this unit but it was frustrating as I needed it and after waiting a day of trying to charge it with the computer connection, I was disappointed and had to return it and start over with ordering a new one.
