Been very satisfied with this coffee machine. Wife and I use 2 different coffees at different times of the day. This machine gives us two separate pots, with both being kept hot. No longer need two coffee makers going at the same time. Or have to turn back on when it turns its self off. Also makes good coffee!

Followed all directions to test machine before use, everything appeared to work. First time brewing coffee, one of the included coffee pots EXPLODED all over the kitchen area and one of my employees. Do not buy if you don't want shattered glass everywhere.
