These are absolutely gorgeous !!! Very easy to fill the base with sand. My husband and I put these together very easily . The Gold guard rails is very shiny. The red ropes are a great quality. I highly recommend buying these. I actually thought the crowd controllers would be expensive . I'm excited to use these with my Red Carpet for a bridal shower . I'm going to order 2 more .
There's look better in person than online. We were just going to toss these after our event but have decided to store them. I don't know when we'll use them again but they were really great to have for our themed party.
These came with all the parts and in great condition. They look absolutely fabulous. Lots of compliments.
The velvet is so soft plus the color is vibrant and the installation process is very simple.

I love how it looks %26 how easy it is to put together. What I don't like and WARN is that ANYTHING PLATED GOLD CAN'T be touched to many times!! I had it up and moved them around to see where I wanted to place them and the gold plating is already fading away on the round balls on top of each pole. I have silver spots now. I recommend you wear gloves because the gold will fade!!
No mention of it needing sand to fill the base in order to make it functional
