The heating is wildly inaccurate. I've been online with Vevor which is a slow, drawn out process-- but overall you set it, and it climbs a good 20 degrees over your setting. You press it down on your item, and it drops to 20 degrees below where you set it, then slowly climbs back to 20 degrees over. And from Vevor you just get a lot of emails that range from, is the timer connected properly to we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours. Hard to say if this is the way this item just is, and you need to compensate for it, or if its defective. I will continue to try to get answers from Vevor. If they come through, I'll revise my review.
