It is very sturdy and nice for the money just wish it was a little longer. My Yukon sits up high and it is too short to take my scooter up. I need to get extensions for it it would work better on my husband's small suv.

Overall quality met expectations. A couple of dents %26 dings but I believe that was shipping issues. When arrived, both ends of box was severely damaged; I was actually expecting a return issue but was minimal issues w/product %26 my husband really needed the equipment.

Managed to assemble after a few manovers. Solid construction. Very well made. Great price compared to Amazon.

It's heavy for a older woman to install. Then the ramp was to steep. Had to order drop down hitch. Which worked. The whole concept is good for a vacation but for me not good for daily use.

I am a current Walmart employee. The carrier arrived, but all the parts were missing. Finally, I was sent all the parts to complete the setup, and it works as advetized

i had to pay to have it assembled and put on the hitch at u haul. the straps that came with it do not hold the cargo, because my two wheeled scooter fell off and was damaged due to the straps releasing the hold. the tail gate makes horrible sounds when it is up. it rattles back and forth while going down the road. so while I do recommend the carrier if it is all that is available and the cost is resonable. nevertheless for security and to save your motor cart you would need to buy differant straps and at minimum, a few bungee cords to keep the thing from rattling.

Used for the first time traveling from NC to PA and the grate separated from the side in one area. Shifted my powerchair. Glad we stopped for the night or who knows what could've happened! Now I have to figure a way to return this and purchase a new one to return home.

it arrived right away that was great. the only thing is the ramp is way to short. unless you have a healthy body strong enough to push it up the ramp and only if it's hot a curb or something. it's insanely way to steep. making it useless. i was stranded cause i had no way to get the chair back up the ramp to leave. the chair is 200 pounds. single lady with severe busted up hips. don't purchase. the ramp needs to be twice it's length to be dependable. other than that it holds the chair great. stays stable when driving even in bumpy roads. but can't use my chair until i have a solution for the ramp

not doing what they say.i ordered a wheelchair ramp it arrived on may 7 all the parts was missing. they picked back up may 14th. the lady i talked to on may 7 said they would pick up and deliver a new one the same it didn't happen . then i was told it would be here last Friday never showed. then i was told it would be here today its not.then i talk to a supervisor she said hasnt been reordered yet. this is ridiculous. i have never had this problem with Walmart. com.
