My stars are for the product not the hassle of delivery or assembly. The product itself is great now that it is here and assembled. Which took a little bit of frustration. They claimed it would be here in two days. Then shipped on the day it was due to arrive. I only received one tracking number. But there were two boxes. When only one arrived Walmart could not track the other package for me. The table needs to be constructed—there are a lot of helpful videos online because the information provided is very much Lacking. The machine is heavy! Definitely need an assist when installing. Now that it is assembled and I'm using it I like it a lot. There are quirks but many people have posted videos to assist while you adjust. She is strong and fast and i definitely love the affordability.

It was missing 2 screws. And I would like it if the table was taller. But other than that it works like a dream.

Walmart that industrial machine that I bought from you guys is the neatest thing since electric starter and you know how many arms that old cranky used to break back in the 30s that's how neat that machine is. I recommend buying it.

Honestly for the price I didn't know what I was going to get but I figured I'd try it and I absolutely love it. Doesn't have great assembly instructions but once I got it all assembled it works perfect.

I haven't put it together yet, but I always wanted one of these machines. I'm excited to get it up and running! More to come!

The instructions on this product is not very well written the pictures are not great pictures I had to really do a lot of research to put this item together I would really think if you're not smart and Technical you really need help to put this product together.

DO NOT BUY. Defective product and zero customer support. I purchased this sewing machine 3 months ago and never used it. When I finally turned it on for the first time, it simply did not work — completely dead out of the box. I contacted Walmart customer service to report the issue and received no response whatsoever. When I called to arrange a return, I was told that 3 months had passed and they could no longer help me. So to summarize: I paid for a machine that has never worked, Walmart ignored my complaint, and now I am stuck with a defective product I cannot return or get support for. Save your money. If something goes wrong, Walmart will not stand behind this product.

After paying a man to come put together for me. I am 80 years old and unable to assemble it. It took the man an hour to assemble it. Then the machine didn't work. It started fine, but when I got ready to sew. It didn't work anymore. I had unassemble it myself and pack it to return it. so I wasted $100. and my time in driving to drop it off.
