Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, this claw machine is better than we could have guessed, high quality construction, can adjust the claw to be as easy or hard as you want, the led lights are gorgeous! Even the front panel above the front glass lights up with rgb! 1000% would buy again!

We bought this for my 8 year old for Christmas and assembled/tested it ahead of time to make sure the unit was working. There was a small issue with some of the wires being loose affecting the sound cutting in and out, but my husband is handy and figured it out. We thought the machine would work for small Palm pal type plushes but those are too large. It works well for micro size plushes, toys, and candy.

We were looking high and low for a claw machine for my seven-year-old's birthday! Found this one and for the price it is so perfect! You can program it on your own, very easy to use and put together and everyone that comes over and plays it absolutely loves it! No complaints. Would buy again.!

Bought this for my 3 year old. Does it work? Yes!!!!! We have it set to free play with the music on level 1 lol. It picked up small figures. Small balls. Stuffies. Weight fake chicken eggs (the heavy real ones)

Got for my daughter for Christmas. She lovessss it!! The claw is weak when you don't program it. But just go in settings and adjust the settings and it picks up all the toys! So much fun!!

My daughter is obsessed with claw machines. She knows they’re rigged, doesn’t matter. It’s her absolute favorite. That being said, I refuse to dump money into them for the garbage chance at winning. This gem from Vevor changes all that. Super professional looking and fun, it’s a crowd pleaser. Hugely recommended.

The box came damaged and the claw machine had a huge dent in the side of it. We waited until Christmas Eve to open so we are stuck with it. The drawer to open the money area and where cables have to be hooked up was extremely hard to open. Santa had to write a letter to the kids apologizing for the Elves sloppy work.

This was purchased as replacement for the same machine that stopped working after 6 months we had been trying to get in touch with customer service for over 1 month calling daily they would not get back to us. I ordered this as replacement for the interim this arrived, newly perfectly packaged inside was a dirty, cracked, chipped, dented, scratched and the bottom pillow was literally barley pinned together. "New" machine returned immediately. We are not going with Vevor products any longer

Item was shipped from a "return center" even though it was marked as brand new. The joystick as well as the button would intermittently stop and start working. The top of the claw also started to smoke at one point, quickly unplugged the device and filed for a return.

I was sent the wrong item. After MANY phone calls I was referred to the third party seller to get my refund. This third party seller was not helpful and made no sense through the emails sent to me by them. I sent the item immediately backrecieved back right away, after walmart got the return , I was told to wait until the third party recieved the return once, i went in circles with them for days! I finally got my refund through Wal mart after going back and forth and through hours of phone calls four weeks later! will never purchase anything of higher value again. I seems like this third party seller is a scam!
