Sure, you could try, but the way this box wobbles if you land even a little off-center screams, “Do you have good health insurance?” So, I stick to step-ups, my ankles stay safe, and everyone wins. Overall: fantastic for stepping up, risky for jumping, and a solid way to avoid unnecessary trips to the ER.

very sturdy, the stability boards in the middle could have clearer instructions is my only negative comment.

Support pieces for the middle Of the box were missing and nobody can seem to correct it, $62 for part of a product is not ok.
