Great for box jumps
Quality: not enough time spent to comment about quality. Seems sturdy. I am 200 lb. Size: it's fine for beginners. If you are advanced, get bigger size Padding: does occasionally rub shins against edges.

Sure, you could try, but the way this box wobbles if you land even a little off-center screams, “Do you have good health insurance?” So, I stick to step-ups, my ankles stay safe, and everyone wins. Overall: fantastic for stepping up, risky for jumping, and a solid way to avoid unnecessary trips to the ER.

Support pieces for the middle Of the box were missing and nobody can seem to correct it, $62 for part of a product is not ok.
