We've only had these for a week and so far they seem to fit well. it has not rained so can't really see how well they work. we're hoping to actually hold up in the hot sun and freezing winter.

Connected easily to downspout elbows. Had a heavy rain and they handled it perfectly.
Very easy to set up. Convenient, and the see thru window is great!
This was the only downspout extender I could find that would fit a larger downspout.. Nothing at the big box stores or hardware stores. I also like that it's brown so that it blends in with my mulch. I really love that the extender tube is very flexible and it has a cool screw in feature that I have not seen before. But it does have a weird flap inside that I had to cut with a box cutter in order for it to fit up onto the downspout. No instructions for what that is or why it's there. But I was still able to cut it and use the item. The only rainfall we had since I installed it was a huge storm and water leaked from inside the top part. For a more normal rainfall I do not know if that will happen or not, but it has a clear plastic window on it, which is also a little weird. But overall, I am happy with this product.
The reasons I purchased it was because it had the window to clear out debris. It's a good product. unfortunately, the spout opening was to larger for my down spout.
We were having issues with basement flooding. These are pretty flimsy plastic. But they slid into our gutters easily and have solved the problem.
Will get you by a couple of years before the plastic breaks down and they split.
Overall a very lightweight product. It works , but it's way too thin in texture. I will truly be surprised if it can take this Florida sun for more than one year. It's just so thin a material.
