Terrific quality griddle at a super price- YUM!!
This cast iron griddle is exactly what I've been looking for and now our new culinary favorite ! The size is big enough for cooking a family meal indoors across stove burners and also fits nicely on our modest sized outdoor gas grill. The griddle comes pre-seasoned but I still gave it a quick rubbing of oil after initial rinsing and will continue to season after each use to maintain its wonderful non-stick quality , especially for eggs %26 pancakes! The handles are well designed- handling this substantial griddle feels easy and secure . The very reasonable price made me a bit wary but reviews were solid - so glad I bought it! We look forward to using this griddle for a long time .

Great value
For the price I paid for this, I think it's a pretty good buy. I'm new to using cast iron but they provided instructions on care and maintenance, so I'm happy with the steaks I've grilled.

Great quality and both sides grill evenly.
Grill pan is not too heavy. Heats evenly for good sear. Grills vegetables and onions very quickly.

Works with an induction stove, does not leave an after taste leave like non stick, very good for grilling when weather is not ideal!

This griddle was a returned item that came from some random address in Dallas. When I looked it up, it was just called returns and then I researched more to see that it was Walmart returns. This griddle was rusty and dirty. I tried as hard as I could to clean it up to make it usable, but I finally just gave up and threw it in the garbage. The paper towels were just black from wiping it down. I couldn't imagine eating food from that. I attempted to oil it and do all the steps, but it was a lost cause unfortunately.
