While we had to turn the lock upside down to make it work with the deadbolt, it lived up to its advertised quality. It even offers a convenient option to set a temporary code for service calls, allowing the service person to enter the house when the owner is away. Additionally, it automatically locks back, which is a fantastic feature for children.

the only reason I gave this four stars are not five is because although the door handle is made very well and it is everything that I wanted out of a fingerprint entry door handle, the instructions on how to set up the fingerprint entry door handle system are extremely hard to understand.. I was only able to install it because I've had one of these kind of fingerprint entry door handles before, however my prior one was not made as well and it broke but it was a lot easier to understand and operate.. even though I have this new one installed, the only way I've been able to use it is by key I have not been able to install the fingerprints entry system nor have I been able to get the key fobs to work.. I'm going to have to sit down sometime and read through the instructions when I have a spare half hour to an hour because they really truly are that confusing

Late review…Loved this product originally, two weeks later, fingerprint stopped working. Tried to update the app and restart settings now it won't give me the option to add a fingerprint at all on the app. Other than that the chip still work to unlock door but sometimes it doesn't read when typing in the numbers.

The item would not lock but other than that a nice door handle

It's hard to tell when door is locked. You can't lock it from inside.
