For me, it's just too heavy on its own. I feel like I'm fairly strong but I only made it the third step. It's VERY heavy duty. The plate that goes under whatever is being moved is not flush to the ground, so one still has to pick up the heavy item to put it onto the dolly. My issue is my back so that's not really helpful. The bungee cord is very long and could wrap around a big item, however my laundry basket was not secure enough to stay on with them. Another issue *I think* this item I got was a ‘not checked when returned by previous purchaser' bc the pins used to keep the wheels on was already on the dolly, and there were more in the tool package. The tires seem sturdy but looked used, and the box for the tires was very worn on the side. Lastly at the bottom where the plate meets the dolly there seemed to be some tape on it that was spray painted over. I know bc it was peeling off. I don't think I have the wherewithal to dissemble it, box it back up and return it. I've ordered other things from this company which were great, but I need something lighter-duty…
