It took a while for my dog to get used to her new bed but now she's really enjoying it. It's well constructed and dog friendly.

I have bought Canine Coolers from another company for over 20 years, and when they stopped, started buying the Cool Bed III. The new bed is wonderful, and very resilient. With 130+ Lb. dogs, the beds have to be sturdy. This bed has been wonderful for my Newfies.

I purchased this for our older golden retriever. He overheats easily and had started sleeping on our tile floors instead of in his bed--great for cooling, bad for his arthritis. He started using the new bed right away and seems to rest better with it. I'm impressed with how much cushion the bed provides and how cool it stays, even after prolonged use. It feels well-constructed and we haven't had any issues with leaks, sweating, etc. A great life improvement for our sweet old boy!

The worst part is the giant working and logo of the company pimping their product so there is no way to miss. I purchased this direct for a good deal of money, but felt it was worth a try to use for my older dog that gets hot at night. My wife went nuts with the giant logo right up front. It is NOT necessary and shows, sadly, that this company is not proud enough to rely on how a product works and word of mouth from the consumers, but rather wants their name everywhere. we hate that. The mat is also sized pretty small. we 100% knew the dimensions and thought it would work, but the ends do taper a bit and its just a little too small for us. The next size up is huge so I think they need to add some additional sizes or make the medium a bit larger to accommodate a medium size dog. Our dog has yet to really take to it, but we are trying still as I think the mat does do the cooling trick. Its just a little slick for a dog that is not super stable and then edges slope so much she slides or trips on them. Overall a great idea, but LOSE the logo/name and increase the size a few inches would be our recommendation

I bought this for my dog, and it has not been a month and the fabric inside the bed bunched up, it is so uncomfortable for my dog to lay down on it and does not use it because of the big bump I do not recommend. I would've put up the picture but I Do not know how
