Love it! Don't need screws or anything to install. My cat is 14 pounds and the window sill is 2 inches deep. However, I used my own heavy duty Velcro instead of what came with it. My cat loves it, very soft and large enough for him to stretch out. The zip off cloth is nice for cleaning.

I installed it in the wood sill with a drill. It is firmly installed. Our not light cats lie in it together, enjoying the heat from the radiator, the sunlight, and watching the squirrels. I added cardboard under the mat as an older version lasted years before the plastic lattice broke. The cardboard should keep their weight distributed. See above, they're not light.

I used the screws to fasten to my window but you can use the Velcro tape included. My kitties love sitting on this and watching what is going on outside. They love sitting there and torturing the dogs out side. It has a nice cushion and the cats love sleeping there in the sun.

We installed this kitty sill & it is a great find for the money. I have a large tabby cat who weighs 35 pounds & he has been using this for a month now & he really loves it & it is durable for his size cat.

My 3 cats love this kitty seat. I have 3 seats. I've tried another brand and they won't use them, so cat approved!

Our kitty loves her window seat! Easy to assemble and installed easily with our windows. Other window seats did not fit our window well as this seat does. Cover can easily be removed and laundered! Highly recommend!

As soon as I put it up my cat jumped on it and stayed there most of the day, He loves watching other cats and the birds going by. It was the best thing I could have given him .

Mde very well, love the zip off cover, but the velcro does not hold. Had it less then 3 months before it started falling every time the cats go on it. Not sure if it the marble window sill, I will have to replace with a better velcro strip so my cats can use them. They absolutely loved them while they were able to use them!

I had one on my windowsill for my cat. I was trying to get a newer version of it. This one just won't stay on that same window sill like the previous one that I set up for my cat. She won't use it because it already fell off the windowsill and scared my kitty . I will have to pay a handyman to drill the hole to use the screws, which I never needed to do with the last two that I installed by myself!

I still have not put it up. I bought 2 not knowing I was going to have to drill holes into the windowsail. I wish it would have said so. The way it looked and said I thought it rested on the window sail and then the bottom part went against the wall the hold it up. I do not want to damage my window and that's what will happen if I drill holes. Very disappointed!!!! I was really excited to get these so my cats could find ally look out the window and now they can't.
