This bed is just right for a larger cat. Our cat jumped right in it and made it her permanent outside bed as soon as it was placed outside.

I've gone through so many different pet beds, but this one has stayed. My three cats all love the bed. One doesn't share the bed, though. So I'm getting a second one to stop the fights over who gets the bed.

Couldn't believe how fast it happened! As soon as I put the Lazy Cup on the floor, Cali hopped in, sat there for a minute and then couldn't keep her eyes open. She proceded to get comfy, curl up and go to sleep! So it took her maybe five minutes to move in! She already has a heated kitty cup that she LOVES!

I bought my cat a Ft. Warms and he loves it. He loves it so much that when I finally insisted it be washed, he had a massive actual hissy fit; stomping about and shouting. It was hilarious. Still, I felt bad that he wasn't able to cuddle into a nice heated bed for all of 1.5 hours, so, being the soft-hearted dim-bulb that I am, I bought him the Lazy Cup as a back-up bed. However, I haven't yet had to pull it out, since I've been able to wash the Ft. Warms while he was sleeping elsewhere. So, I've no idea if he'll like it or not but I'm glad I bought it anyway, because, as with most things in life, it's good to have back-ups. That animal is so dang spoiled.

I purchased the small for my 14 lb overweight cat. She has larger beds and places where she can stretch out. I wanted something that would wrap around her more and this does the job! She fits in it well but does take up the majority of its space. The sides are soft and flexible so sometimes she stretches her paws on top of them. They also sometimes partially collapse against her to cover her a bit. This is a wonderful snuggly, curling-up space for her! Since the pad is removable, I can also place the K&H Small Pet Warmer below it to make it a heated bed.

My cats love it the walls are high. They can snuggle in it like a cave.
