Great for senior dogs
Bought this for our Basset Hound who is a senior, he loves it. The only draw back is the cover needs to be a bit bigger to cover the plastic bottom completely.

Great for outdoor use; keeps 2 large cats warm, using inside cardboard box covered in plastic makes great shelter

Overall good heater, just worried that materials are not rugged enough for dogs, especially given the price.

Good for Dogs that don't chew
Does heat very well, but if ypu have a dog that chews on everything I wouldn't recommend this. checked on my dogs and heater pad had caught fire some time through the night/early morning and dog house was completely gone! Thankfully my dog was ok, and able to get away from the fire.
