Pets enjoy the heated mat. Good for cats and small pets.

Works as advertised, my dogs love them. I use them under sheep skins as dog beds and it helps their arthritis.

I customize this to make the perfect indoor enclosed cat bed that my cats use everyday. I remove the heating element and pad from the Mod Thermo-Kitty Shelter and replace it with this Thermo-pet pad which fits the floor space perfectly and seems more comfortable for indoor cats. I also replace the 6 watt heating element with a 4 watt one, placing it at the back end of the bed. That way my cats can either lay on the heat or off the heat without having to leave the Mod Themo-Kitty Shelter. I have one for each of my four cats and they love it. Would be nice if this version was made for sale, but it might not work for all cat people. It does work for my group. About the 6 watt heating element being smaller than the outside pad; I don't find this a problem. I do have these Thermo-Pet Pads also just lying on the floor or a dresser top with the original 6 watt heating element in them. My cats will lay on the center of the heat pad when they want more heat or they will lay to the side or part way off the pad when they want less heat. A heating element is available as a separate buy if you want the entire bed to heat, but I find that a bit of an overkill for small pets. To me, this is a wonderful product. It just all depends on what you are looking for.

They are naturally very cold and always want to be under the covers with this match she wanted to just be on it. Nothing else no covers necessary.

They love that we have put it in one of their beds that they already use so now they stay toasty but it definitely doesn't get hot enough to hurt them. Very easy to use and they approve! Should be easy to clean. Would also be good for baby pets that don't have a mother because it's very soft to the touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2x 10lb dogs have circled this mat for the last few hours. We also have a guest dog staying with us for the weekend. Finally one of the 3 plops down on this mat. It does take a full 20 min to warm up. The warmth is very minimal, but I suppose that is also for safety for the dog. It feels like sumptuous velvet so I can't imagine my dogs not enjoying once they realize what it is. I left it plugged in overnight and it didn't overheat. Cool concept which I hope my dogs with enjoy more and more. It is perhaps a little small for most dogs. This one is around 16” long and 8” wide.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girl loves her comfortable and cushiony heated pad. She probably would like it with or without heat. Because she isn't covered in the winter with a blanket, I feel better that she is laying on a heated cushiony pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so I really like this for MY dog because she does not chew up things. But my concern is for other dogs. If you open the flap there are a ton of danger signs. So my rating is good based on my dog-not others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pad's construction is decent, but the durability might not be on par with higher-end options. It's a budget-friendly choice that does the job, but for those seeking premium features, exploring other options might be worthwhile.

The padded mat itself is nice but the heating pad inside is QUITE SMALL. The pad is about 1/3 the width of the mat and 1 width of the pad is the amount of space left on each end in the padding case around the pad. I would not buy this product again. I was stupid enough to buy three of them in the first place. When the cats can find a warm spot, I guess they like it. It would take quite a bit of investigating for them to locate it, though. This heating pad placed inside isn't large enough for the mat and therefore is even less adequate if you thought you were going to use it for cold weather (like in a garage). I am very disappointed in my purchase of three of these mats. For the size of the heating pad encased in the mat, this product is FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. The company really skimped when they chose to include such a tiny heating pad within the mat casing. :(
