It definitely softens up my brushes when they get stiff you can find instructional videos on youtube ... you basically get the brush you want to clean wipe off as much product as you can and fan out and wipe off bristles to get off excess product.. put it in the brush saver and let it sit for as long as you can . Than pull it out when you're ready wipe and fan out bristles to wipe off as much product again and put it back in original bottle and BAM done. I have only had to use it for the brushes that can get hard like the base and top coat the rest are fine .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] no matter how much i wipe or dry my seal protectant, my brushes always get hard so to deal with this, i bought 4 bottles of this brush saver so i always have brushes ready to go and bottles of these ready for my brushes to soak.

I have never used my brush saver that came in my kit. There were no instructions for it and I am not sure what to do exactly. If Kiara Sky can provide instructions then I would probably be able to use this product to the fullest and save some of my products.

My Base and Top brushes get very hard and unusable. I followed what I read online - as this product didn't come with instructions - but were still hard after using Brush Saver. Frustrating that the brushes get so stiff you can't even use them. I just got my kit today and already had to replace the Top brush. Not cool.

They really need to put the instructions on the bottle. Make sure to not let the brush sit too long in the solution - let it dry completely and wipe down with a cloth before adding back to your product. Ruined my top coat and I have to buy another bottle. Wasted almost an entire bottle!

If i could give this product negative stars i would. I followed the instructions on the page and still it ended up ruining my Base completely. Every brush that goes into base hardens instantly. Mind you this was the first time brush saver was ever used so it never came in contact with seal protect. My base is now completely unusable. I have tried replacing the brushes and even still every brush hardens as soon as it goes in because i had used brush saver. This is a terrible product and I'm so upset because shipping takes so long and i have half a hand and no base to use thanks to the colossal mess brush saver made of it. Do yourself a favor and throw this product out
