I would have liked for two to come in the package. I watch TV before bed, sometimes on my right and sometimes on my left. Changing that piece around is not hard, just a pain. And having an extra charger would be nice as well. Sound, quality, charging, and ease of use are all great.

Had other more expensive hearing aids, but this little guy is so much better and easier to use. Instructions were great very well written. Give this hearing aid a try, you will not be disappointed. Besides you'll be saving money 💰.

must be charged with it's included cable. Your phone cable WON'T work.

It was not great for me I tried turning it all the way up and it still was not loud enough pretty quickly I did get a head ache from wearing it. I'm sure I'm super deaf I have a prosthetic eardrum and only a partial inner ear. I did hear a bit better I could tell it was amplifying sound but I still had trouble with the clarity and i need it louder without the headache . It could be just me I was really hoping it would work. It is very easy to use and it's a nice hearing aid but I think if you have like 80% or more loss it's not really going to work that well. So idk I'm going to give it away I think because I think it would work well for others. Charging was easy turning it up was easy, wearing it was super comfortable in that way I liked it better than the in ear type.

For some reason I was expecting 2 not one. It helps, but itches in my ear. How far is too far in the ear canal-seems to have to go pretty far in?

Well I was looking forward to this item. I was looking forward to giving a review but you can't give a review when all you got in your package was the accessory pack and no hearing amplifiers whatsoever. this will all be going back to Walmart

A piece of the enhancer broke off in her ear. We are at the physician's office waiting to have it removed.

Not compatible for hearing loss

Did magnify sounds. Went from very low to blasting. Not at all easy to adjust.

The ear buds were too small for my mother-in-law to handle.
