I have tried several different types of hearing amplifiers , both in-ear and behind the ear, and none of them worked well for me. But, this set works great. No backfeed, hollowness or echoing. They are very clear and easy to use, just tap the outer extension to choose the level of sound that fits your needs. They also look like an earbud, or similar, so they aren't so obvious as being a hearing aid. There are 5 levels of sound, and can be adjusted just by a quick tap on the extended outer piece. Each tap gives you a different sound level. So these are a keeper.

Absolutely perfect

I bought a large pair of hearing aids from the hearing aid office and it cost me a few thousand dollars. I came across this KIBVOE hearing aid which is very comfortable to wear and very easy to operate. The lifespan is longer than I expected. No small sound, clear, waterproof, can make calls. I bought these because I sweat a lot and need a waterproof assist. In-ear rechargeable. I am very happy and would recommend it to those who may have mild or moderate hearing loss.

Oh my gosh my father was so upset when I get him this you should have saw his pride go out the window lol anyways after I got him to put it on it was amazing how much of a difference he could tell when he has put in his ear is speech immediately gotten better because it was one of the thing but he's never noticed about himself when he speaks because he couldn't hear himself thank you so much for this great product with a great deal I will be ordering a second one thank you

I've been almost completely dead in my right ear for years and always struggle to find the right hearing aid costed time and money with no avail, so I decided to try something new for once I got these and at first getting use to the background noise took a little time but being able to finally hear everything is the most amazing feeling I've had for years I cried. The sounds are so crystal clear and adjusting it with a simple click of a button makes it well worth the money!

When I saw this product I was wary. I was looking for my 95 year old mother who has age related hearing loss in her right ear. She didn't want it. I ordered it anyway thinking it might help before we went to the audiologist andIt arrived earlier than I expected, well packaged and in it's own nice case. It felt extremely solid and well made. The instructions are simple and I DO mean simple and easy to follow. I put it on my mom's ear on the lowest volume setting that was the default right out of the box. She was instantly amazed. She could hear me speaking in a normal voice even from another room which hadn't been possible in years but best of all she could hear clearly and at a normal volume her TV and her beloved music. I would love to send our thanks and appreciation to this company for making an affordable and wonderful product. I will be telling everyone I know and see about this product. Just to see her smile when I was talking in a normal voice and just to not watch my windows shake when she tried to watch TV is worth gold ;) Thank you again KIBVOE...you are a winner!

The device works well and is a huge help. As a retired bandleader and still active musician, I have hearing damage in my right ear. Playing an instrument is still okay, but conversations become hard to hear and the TV has to be louder than usual. Most musicians suffer from hearing loss, but anyone considering hearing aids should try them first. It will be worth the money. I plan to buy another one as a spare.

My mom just got the megaphone and we looked at the packaging and put one in her ear and she already hears better! I'm so happy for both of us! She can hear better, and for me, stop repeating herself over and over!

It is a low end sound amplifier that didn't help my hearing ar all. It had tons of feedback, really easy and quick to charge, but not suitable for someone like me with major hearing loss. I will be returnig this item ASAP!

They don't work...do not buy these....
