The hearing aid works fine. However there was no option to select right or left ear in the order and I received the right ear, which I really don't use. T here's no way of fixing it that I can tell.

bought for my 85 year old mother. easy to use, simple directions, she has arthritis in her hands so a little difficult to put in

lBasically just a sound amplifier.. it works ok as for picking up sound but even with 5 volume control choices, it still wasn't loud enough for me even for my good ear listening .... The channel what ever thing i could get to work either. charger barely worked and kept disconnecting from the charge ports..

Poorly designed
Bought this for my brother, didn't have it a day or two and worked the first day, but doesn't work now, pretty much a waste of my money as I don't have a way to return it as he lives farther away from me
