These hearing aids are amazing! The first time I put them in I could hear more clearly. Not only do they amplify the sound, but the clarity is better. People on TV used to sound like a fast food speaker: blah blah blah. Now I can understand what they're saying.

I've been wearing it for a few hours and so far I like what I've heard. Had to contact customer service to resolve issues I had with listening devices. The customer service representative offered advice on how to resolve my billing issue. What the customer service senator said was absolutely correct. My father is hard of hearing and really can't communicate, it's so much easier to have it, and I don't have to speak loudly anymore, it's great!

This is a great listening device. Affordable but high quality.

This amplifier doesn't seem to work for me. The sound is fine but it beeps and whistles so much so that it's a distraction not only to me but those around me. I have tried the different ear pieces included, one set was much better but still was a problem. I would like to return them but haven't seen the option.
