Took some time to get use to setting the modes . The tinnitus mode didn't work for me. Volume levels adjust easy .to easy sometimes.when I would try to adjust how the ear piece set in my ear it would adjust the volume also.

just got them. once i figured out which size they are comfortable. if you have a hard time hearing then these may work well for you. glad i bought them!

We bought these for my 80 year old father in law who refuses hearing aids. He really prefers these while using his phone or tablet.

Very comfortable, easy to use

The sound quality is very good, but I returned these because they are big and clunky. Also, why did they make these black? The color makes them look even larger in my ears.

Does not work. Screeches when you try to adjust volume and I find them to be very uncomfortable. When I asked for refund company giving me hard time and I requested it well within the 90 day return policy. Terrible!

The item never worked!!!! From the beginning, it made a buzz and has never been used by my mother. I will return it. Glad I got the insurance for 2 years.

Not impressed at all 😞. I had to translate the instructions from Japanese, which okay what ever... Except the instructions don't do a whole lot of good when the device continues to make a high pitch squeal no matter what you do per translated instructions.... the product also came with a warranty card with a QRcode to register your "product" well that's great except it's for some sports thing! nothing to do with the hearing device.

I ordered this product for my 84 y.o mom (who lives 800 miles away from me) since she lost her prescription hearing aids, needed an immediate replacement, and her local/rural Walmart OTC hearing aids were always sold out. According to my parents, the small KIBVOE boxed product arrived intact but it was in a very, very large shipping box causing KIBVOE product to slide around during transport; possibly damaging product. Directions in foreign language so elderly parents unable to understand how to use device. No customer service number, only contact by email. Elderly parents do not have internet, or smartphone, to reach customer service via email. I emailed customer service on my parents behalf and after three weeks no one called them. Parents tried to return product at local Walmart and told to return at Walmart 150 miles away. Father contacted local Walmart manager to attempt return, manager took order info and told him to wait for her return phone call. Waited a week and manager hasn't called him back. Most likely, I will have to help my parents return item since customer service at KOBVOE and Walmart not helpful. Thankful I have until early Nov. 2023 to help my parents return product for a full refund. Hopefully others have better a experience.
